In the current edition of THEATRE SYMPOSIUM (an annual publication of the Southeastern Theatre Conference), there is a feature article by Dr. Paulette Marty entitled, "Neglected Evidence: Interpreting the Site of an Elizabethan Royal Entertainment."  It is part of a volume focusing on "Gods and Groundlings: Historical Theatrical Audiences" and is accompanied by cover art of the Victoria Theatre in 1872 and no fewer than four photographs, illustrations or maps illustrative of points in her article.
